It is still up in the air but hopefully we will know soon. Which town will go first Avalon or Sea Isle City. Check out the story in the Herald. The North end received the sand last year now the South end will get their fill.

A notice we received from the City of Sea Isle to pass along to property owners and tenants.
From the City of Sea Isle City:
Please pass the following information onto your Tenants and/or Landlords who will be using their properties for the Polar Bear Plunge Weekend
*The Sea Isle City property maintenance code requires all properties to be cleared of snow and ice to allow ingress and egress to the property.
The City will be enforcing this property maintenance requirement during polar bear plunge weekend to ensure the safety of residents and visitors.
The penalty for failure to clear property can result in a summons, fine, and costs if the City has to clear the property.
*Visitors and Residents traveling with multiple vehicles are encouraged to utilize the 48th Street Parking Lot located 48th and Park Road .
*Parking is permitted on the side streets, however please use caution and observe the rule of “Right of passage”.
When parking your vehicle “ One Lane of Thru Passage” must be made available at all times. Continue Reading »

A week later and the weather is great. 56 and sunny with a NW wind. We will enjoy a few of these days over the next few months but will have to wait till spring for the weather to turn. Please see the attached notice for updated trash and recycle information. The Department of Public works has instituted a new Bulk Trash/Brush collection policy. In an effort to conserve fuel and manpower we are asking residents to call the office to schedule a pick up. This will enable Public works only two Bulk pick-ups during each of the winter months.
